Toronto Van Attacker Found Guilty on 10 Counts of First Degree Murder

Justice Anne Molloy has made a decision today on the man part of the Toronto van attack.

Alek Minassian, the man responsible for the 2018 Toronto van attack which killed 10 people has been found guilty of 10 counts of first degree murder and 16 counts of attempted murder.

Justice Anne Molloy ruled his autism spectrum disorder did not impair his ability to understand his actions were morally wrong.

Proceedings will continue on March 18th
