After delays brought on from the COVID-19 pandemic, the ribbon will soon be cut at Stratford Festivals new Tom Patterson Theatre.
The ribbon cutting will take place on Tuesday at 10:30am and will be done by child actors who are featured in the production of Richard III.
Also on hand for the ceremony will be one of the original child actors from the 1953 production of the show.
The event will also feature the dedication of a time capsule and a performance by the Stratford Festival Fanfares Musicians.
