Damage is still being assessed as crews continue to work on the businesses affected from Friday mornings accident.
The Clothing Loft are among those businesses who are thankful the damage is limited given how much worse the accident could have become.
Due to frame damage and windows and doors at the front of The Clothing Loft will need to be replaced but owner Kaylan says they are still hoping to reopen next week.
“We won’t be able to open until next week once they are done the brick since they want to block off the sidewalk for safety. The building itself is safe, so once the brick is done people can come shop again.” said Kaylan
Kaylan adds the positive support from the community has been overwhelming and is truly thankful.
“A lot of people have been texting me saying ‘is there anything I can do, let me know, I can watch your kids.’ People have been really positive.”
While not confirmed until given the green light from crews, The Clothing Loft is eyeing to be open again on Tuesday, February 1st at the earliest.
