A stop in Fergus has led to charges against a Guelph resident.
On December 8th at around 1:15pm, Wellington County OPP was performing traffic enforcement when they noticed a suspicious vehicle on Tower Street North and stopped the driver.
As a result the 57 year old was charged with three counts of Driving Under Suspension and Possession of Unmarked Cigarettes.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
