A traffic stop on an ATV has led to an amount of charges against the rider.
On June 3rd just before 11pm, Huron County OPP spotted an ATV on Josephine Street in Wingham with police following the ATV to a home on Edward Street.
Officers spoke with the driver and learned they had been drinking prior to driving.
The driver registered a WARN on a screen device and it was also found the driver was suspended and failed to have insurance or a licence plate on the ATV.
The 30 year old faces three provincial offences with their ATV towed and impounded for 7 days.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
