Stratford Police kept busy during a commercial motor vehicle blitz in the city on September 28th.
Stratford Police partnered with the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Finance for the inspection blitz.
The initiative resulted in 30 vehicles being inspected with 13 being taken out of service and six license plates being taken for non compliance.
Over the day, 19 charges were laid with one of which being driving with a major defect, no annual inspection, no daily inspection no CVOR certificate and an overweight vehicle.
