Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson will meet with Perth County Warden Jim Aitcheson to discuss Perth County’s recent council meeting to vote on the demolition of the former Perth County land registry office and county archives building in Stratford.
According to information provided to Stratford council, Perth County has not yet applied for a demolition permit.
Despite the building being located in Stratford’s heritage conservation district, the building is not considered a designated heritage building.
