Stratford Covid-19 Clinical Assessment Centre moving to 444 Douro Street as of September 7th

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance has announced that the Covid-19 Clinical Assessment Centre, which is currently at the Stratford Rotary Complex, is set to be relocated to the Stratford Medical Centre – Stratford Family Health Team Office at 444 Douro Street effective September 7^th.

The Centre will maintain its operating hours of Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from noon until 5 pm for Physician Assessment and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am until 5 pm for Covid-19 testing.

The purpose of the centre is to provide clinical assessment for those who have symptoms of Covid-19, and are a higher risk of getting seriously ill, have been directed to visit the centre by a primary care provider or feel they cannot safely monitor their symptoms at home and need to be seen by a health care provider.
