Ontario has announced that the Declaration of Emergency will not be extended after February 9th.
The Province outside of the GTA will enter the colour coded Covid-19 protection framework on February 16th. The GTA (Toronto, Peel and York) will enter the Framework on February 22nd.
Restaurants, bars, personal care and fitness facilities will remain closed.
In-Store shopping will resume with 25% capacity of stores.
Grocery stores will be capped at 50% capacity.
Indoor gatherings are still prohibited.
The Province will maintain an “emergency break” capability to lock down a certain region if cases spin in that area or healthcare approaches it’s capacity.
