St Marys residents will be seeing a small increase as staff are just about finishing with the budget.
The proposed budget looks at a 3.7 per cent increase to the tax levy which averages out to around $130 in taxes for the average household.
The original number of the increase was at 4 per cent but the town was able to lower it slightly after receiving provincial infrastructure funding.
Pending any changes being made, its expected council will approve the budget in March.
