Due to sudden health human resource shortages, the emergency department at the St Marys Memorial Hospital will be seeing a temporary reduction in services.
On Thursday the ED will close at 9pm and reopen on Friday at 7am where it will return to regular 24 hours of operation.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention should call 911.
Paramedics will remain available and will re-route to the nearest available emergency department.
