St Marys has approved its 2024 budget which includes a 4.11 per cent property tax increase.
The average homeowner in St Marys will pay $141 more in property taxes this year when compared to 2023.
Town staff say the budget will include funding for a list of projects including repairs to the HVAC system at the Pyramid Recreation Centre pools, improvement to walking trials and reconstructing a stretch of Wellington Street South.
