Some Residents of Cedarcroft Place in Stratford to be moved to hospital

Huron Perth Public Heath has announced that some resident of Cedarcroft Place in Stratford will be moved over the next few days to local area hospitals in efforts to help manage the outbreak at the retirement home.

This action follows several days of HPPA along with facility staff and those from the LHIN working to provide the care needed.

Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is working closely with their partners on the moving plan, including which residents to move.

Affected residents and families will be contacted by Cedarcroft Place.
