Sherri Walden, Hanover’s Chief Administrative Officer is calling it a career after 35 years of service to the municipality.
Mayor Sue Paterson says under her leadership as CAO and previously in the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department, the town has achieved significant progress on key strategic priorities, strengthened positive local and regional relationships and continued to deliver high quality municipal services.
The town has started the recruitment process to find the next CAO. Sherri will continue to her role throughout the recruitment process and the transition period to ensure continuity and a smooth move for the incoming CAO.
