Wellington County OPP has laid a series of charges against a Burlington resident after a stop in Puslinch.
On March 12th at around 1:15pm, OPP was performing traffic enforcement when they stopped a vehicle on Highway 401.
As a result a 30 year old of Burlington was hit with a list of charges including Defective Braking System, Improper Brakes on Trailer, Improper Tires and Overweight Vehicle.
Further the accused was given warnings for Failure to Surrender Permit, Failure to Surrender Trailer Permit and Operating Unsafe Combination of Vehicles.
