Fire departments across Northern Wellington will gather in Arthur later this month as part of Safe Kids Day.
Marking the 15th year, Safe Kids Day is a long standing community event for grade 4 students across Minto, Mapleton and Wellington North for a full day of hands on safety education.
Students will be able to take part in various hands on learning stations with a focus on personal and community safety.
The event is taking place May 29th from 9:30am-2:15pm at the Arthur Arena.
