Nancy Rothwell has been named as the Vice-Chair of the Avon Maitland District School Board.
Rothwell who represents North Perth will start her one year term on November 28th at the regular board meeting.
Rothwell has long served with the board who was first elected as a trustee in 2014.
In 2022, Rothwell was named Chair of the Board for North Perth which includes North Perth Westfield, Listowel Eastdale, Elma Township and Listowel DSS.
Robert Hunking who represents southwest Huron will take on the role as Chair.
