A ride check has brought in some charges against a 44 year old.
On October 9th at around 3pm, Wellington County OPP was conducting a RIDE program on Gordon Street in Fergus when they came across a prohibited driver.
As a result a 44 year old from Fergus was charged with Operation While Prohibited, Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Comply with a Release Order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
