As Listowel continues to grow, a new subdivision is on its way to just off Walton Avenue North.
PK Homes has taken on the work to get more access to housing in North Perth.
Spanning well over 50 lots, the new subdivision brings in high quality homes and allow more locals to become owners.
Greg McNally, President of PK Homes who’s been building in Listowel since 2009 says there has been quite the shift from housing types from then to where we are today.
“We’ve started strong with building houses mainly with retirees and what not but now we’re seeing a lot of family connection that seems to be coming to Listowel and growing and we are really enjoying that and we can shift with that easily. We’re doing a lot more two stories than we were bungalows a long time ago” said McNally.
The future of the subdivision has also been mapped out with plans to get a new playground setup in the soon to be neighbourhood and eventually a new school in Listowel.
