This is the case in a Stratford Courtroom Thursday with the lawyer for retired Stratford educator Roger Hilderley putting serious doubt due to missing evidence and imperfect memories of witnesses.
Hilderley’s council says these factories need to be considered when reaching a verdict in the sexual assault trial for cases nearly 2 decades ago.
Hilderley has pleased not guilty on all charges against him.
All parties will be back in court on December 9th.
The Crown will be presenting their submissions at that time.
