If you thought the recent winter storm was one you haven’t seen in ages, you aren’t alone.
The storm which swept across the region over the holidays was the worst on record since 1999 according to North Perth.
The municipality put together a timeline of events from the storm which all began on December 23rd when all Perth County roads were closed at 1pm.
Roads were not open until later in the morning on boxing day. Perth County paramedics received 42 calls over the first 24 hours of the storm.
The significant weather effect for Perth County was lifted on December 28th.
