Huron-Perth Public Health is reminding parents and guardians its their responsibility to make sure their child’s immunization record is up to date and submitted to public health.
There are a list of vaccines required for children to have in order to attend school or a licensed childcare in Ontario.
Last year, public health was issuing notices to those with incomplete records that their child would be facing suspension from school until the records were updated.
