Huron-Perth Public Health is looking for a dog involved in a biting incident in Stratford.
Public Health says the incident occurred Monday afternoon between 3-4pm at the back entrance of the Stratford Courthouse.
The dog is said to be a mixed breed with short hair around 60-70 pounds with a black body, grey on the face, tan legs and a white triangle on the forehead above the eyes.
The owner of the dog is described to be in her 30’s with dark brown hair in a bun, wearing sunglasses with pink baggy pants and sandals.
Public Health is looking to confirm if the dog is up to date with its rabies vaccination to prevent the victim needing to complete a series of rabies shots.
