The moves come as vaccinations ramp up across the Province.
Ahead of this the Province announced that most recreational amenities will reopen Saturday but will continue prohibiting team sports and require those outside maintain distance from others.
There were 3 steps outlined.
Step 1 starts 2 weeks after 60 percent of eligible adults are vaccinated (estimated as June 14th) would allow restricted retail at 15 percent capacity, outdoor dining with tables capped at 4, smaller outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people but indoor remains prohibited.
Day camps, campgrounds and provincial parks would reopen in this stage as well as outdoor pools and splash pads.
Step 2 would happen 21 days later or when 70 percent of Ontario adults are vaccinated with at least one dose and would expand outdoor activities and groups to 25 people with indoor allowed at 5.
This would also allow personal care services.
Amusement and water parks could open in this stage.
Stage 3 would occur 21 days after Stage 2 if metrics are met.
Indoor dining, recreation and fitness would reopen.
Ontario would stay in each level for 21 days minimum.
