Earlier today MP for Perth-Wellington John Nater was named Shadow Minister for Canadian Heritage.
Nater said of the responsibility that he is honoured to be asked to serve the exciting such a pivotal time. He adds that the arts, culture and tourism sectors were among the hardest hit and will be the slowest to recover.
Nater says he is eager to engage with industry leaders both locally and nationally.
The first session of the 44th Parliament will begin Monday, November 22, 2021 with the election of the Speaker of the House.
