Perth County has an updated Corporate Strategic Plan in place.
County council at their meeting on Thursday approved the modified plan, picking up after the last plan used from 2019-2022.
Work to update the plan began in January which will be used until 2026.
The strategic plan will help staff build the future of the county and setting goals for this term of council to work towards.
The plan is broken into five categories including customer service excellence and economic development.
