On August 15th, just after 11:45am, Perth County and Wellington County OPP, along with Wellington County Paramedic Services and the Minto Fire Department responded to a serious motor vehicle collision.
A passenger vehicle collided with a commercial motor vehicle on Line 91, West of Perth Road 140.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The investigation is currently ongoing and Line 91 between Road 140 and 136 remains closed for the protection of emergency responders during the investigation. Updates will be provided as needed.
