Perth County OPP’s Crime Unit has laid charges in a historical sexual assault investigation in Perth East.
The charges come from events which took place in 2001, the accused was in a position of authority and the victim was a teenager.
Police have arrested and charged a 72 year old of East Zorra-Tavistock Township with Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age and Sexual Interference.
The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
