Perth County OPP Auxiliary Unit to Kick Off Food Drive

The Perth County OPP Auxiliary Unit has joined with the Salvation Army to host food drives across locations in Listowel and Mitchell for the holiday season.

The first holiday food drive will be taking place on Saturday November 27^th from 10am-1pm at Walkom’s Valu-Mart in Mitchell on 120 Ontario Road.

Listowel’s food drive will take place at Zehr’s at 600 Mitchell Road from 10am-1pm on Saturday December 4^th.

Those wanting to support can purchase a pre-bagged donation at the grocery store location or select their own items to donate.

Items mostly in need include baby food, canned fruit and vegetables, lunch snacks, toothpaste and shampoo.
