PCR Test No Longer Required to Cross Into Canada

Canada’s Health Minister says vaccinated travelers will no longer need a PCR COVID-19 test to get into Canada as of February 28th.

Travelers can instead opt for a rapid antigen test which has been approved by the country from where they are coming from.

Some fully vaccinated travelers could still be randomly selected for a PCR test at the airport but will not need to be required to quarantine when they wit for results.

Unvaccinated Canadians will need to be tested at the airport and isolate upon arrival.
