It was a record number raised for the 20th annual Palmerston District Hospital Foundation Gala.
Foundation Development Officer Dale Franklin shared the gala was held for the first time in person since 2019 and brought in over $300,000 for the Palmerston Hospital.
630 people were in attendance at the gala held in Mapleton with the proceeds going back to purchase a chemistry analyzer and other equipment on the hospital’s capital needs list.
