Centre Wellington over this fiscal year has received over $2.9 million for hosting Elements Casino Grand River which has been put to good use.
Mayor Shawn Watters says this support not only fuels vital community initiatives but also empowers them to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Some projects taken on made possible from the OLG payments include Traffic Calming Measures, Pavement Management, East Mill Street and Dickson Drive Employment Land Servicing.
Since 2003, Centre Wellington has received $42,091,636 for hosting Elements Casino Grand River.
