The Grey Bruce Health Unit are working with the facility to identify close contacts both in the facility and out in the community.
The Health Unit is also directing all staff and residents at the facility to be tested for Covid-19.
Those in the community who may have come in close contact with those identified will be contacted directly by the Grey Bruce Health Unit.
The area is reporting 31 active cases in the area as of Saturday.
