Wellington County OPP are looking to confirm the safety of a woman believed to be in distress.
OPP received a report on Friday at around 4:45pm of a person in possible distress on Jones Baseline just north of Guelph/Nichol Townline.
It was a reported a pedestrian not dressed for the weather was on the roadway and when the individual was asked if they needed help, they fled into a wooded area.
The woman is described as Asian, around 40 years old with shoulder length brown and blonde wearing wearing a burgundy coat, grey pants and beige earmuffs.
