Wellington County OPP are looking for witnesses following a two vehicle collision which occurred May 27th at around 6:45pm.
The collision occurred on 8th Line between Sideroad 18 and 19 in Mapleton.
One person has been taken to a trauma centre with critical injuries with three others taken to a local hospital.
