OPP investigating Solar Panels & Item Theft in Wingham

The Huron County OPP are looking for help from the public after thieves stole solar panels and solar power equipment in Wingham.

Police were contacted last week from a victim reporting the theft at a seasonal property located on West Street in lower-town Wingham.

The value of the solar panels, batteries and other solar power equipment is $1600.

It is thought to have happened between April 14^th and May 12^th.

The items are a 230 and 235 watt solar panel, 2 solar panel batteries a MTTP solar charge controller and a 1 thousand watt pure sine power inverter.
