Perth County OPP are investigating a fatal collision in West Perth.
On Thursday just after 12pm, OPP responded alongside Perth County EMS and West Perth Fire Services to a collision on Road 164 at Line 36 just north of Mitchell between three vehicles.
The collision was between two passenger vehicles and a transport truck with the driver of one of the passenger vehicles, a 76 year old of West Perth was taken to hospital but pronounced deceased.
