Officers were called to Fourth Line around 7:30 pm to a single vehicle collision where a grey sedan left the roadway at a bridge closure barricade and entered a creek.
It was also reported that three parties exited the vehicle and fled the area on foot.
OPP, Centre Wellington Fire and Guelph Wellington Paramedics attended the scene but did not locate the occupants.
Investigation revealed the grey four-door Volkswagen Jetta was stolen out of Peel Region.
