Perth County OPP remain on the scene after a fire broke out last night east of Listowel.
North Perth Firefighters and Minto Firefighters responded to a call of a blaze at a modular home community at 8:30pm. One home was fully engulfed in flame with two others damaged.
One person has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
When firefighters arrived, two were assaulted by a person at the location of the fire.
A 50 year old resident from North Perth has been charged with assault.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated, public is asked to avoid the area.
The Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall has been consulted and assisting with the investigation.
