Starting Wednesday June 30th, Ontario will enter stage 2 of the provinces reopening plan.
Salons and barber shops will reopen, outdoor dining capacity increases to 6 people per table, non-essential retail will have a capacity limit to 25% and outdoor sports leagues can start up.
The province needed to have a vaccine rate of at least 70 percent of residents with one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine with 20 percent fully vaccinated.
As of June 24th, 76 percent of residents have received at least one dose and 29 percent are fully vaccinated.
