Health Minister Christine Elliot provided an update on the provinces vaccine rollout.
As Ontario is just a few weeks away from entering stage 3 of the reopening plan the province hit yet another landmark in the vaccine program.
“More than half of all adults in Ontario have received a 2nd dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Over 16 million doses of the vaccine have been administered.” said Minister Elliot.
Minister Elliot continues to encourage residents to book appointments and get their 2nd shots as the provinces reopening plan continues to be based on the number of vaccines administered.
