Northside Christian School ordered closed until Dec 1st due to possible outbreak

Huron Perth Public Health held a media update this afternoon to give an update on the status of Covid 19 in the Region.

There has been an outbreak declared at Northside Christian School here in Listowel. The HPPA is reporting multiple probably cases at the school but test results have not come back as of news time.

Due to the close nature of the students at the school the entire school has been mandated closed until December 1^st.

This marks the first time a school has been ordered closed in Huron Perth due to Covid 19.

The school in question is not a member of the Avon Maitland District School board.
