While Huron-Perth as a whole saw a high average for home sales in 2021, North Perth smashed the average in December across the whole region.
Data from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtor’s showed the average price of a home in Huron-Perth went above $650,000 but in North Perth, the number is almost $100,000 higher with the average price of the 10 homes sold last month in North Perth at $784,611.
This is a rise of more than $150,000 when compared to the prices from November 2021.
In total 273 homes were sold in North Perth in 2021, an increase from the 227 sold in 2020.
