North Perth is looking to get a better understanding of the needs of future commercial requirements for residents.
A retail market demand survey has been launched to address issues and needs for major new or expanded retail developments with in the area.
North Perth has shown to be the fastest growing municipality across Perth County which grew 18 per cent from 2016-2021 with Listowel being the regional commercial and business hub growing 26 per cent in the same period.
A survey is available from Your Say North Perth until November 10th.
