For the first time since amalgamation, North Perth has a new treasurer.
Council appointed Ashton Romany as the new treasurer who has assumed the role effective immediately.
Ashton comes in to replace Frances Hale who retired on August 18th after 24 years of working with the municipality.
Romany will be responsible to handle all of the financial affairs of the municipality.
Romany will crack his first meeting at North Perth’s budget meeting on November 28th.
