The call is out for nominations for the 2026 Ontario Excellence in Agriculture awards.
This acts as a chance to recognize people and businesses helping Ontario’s agriculture and food sector grow, innovate and thrive.
This years awards will recognize excellence in 10 categories including Agri-business, Research and Innovation, Education and Women’s Farming.
In a release, Perth County states the area is home to an incredible agriculture and agri-food community and its important to showcase leadership, innovation and contributions.
Eligible individuals and businesses can apply themselves or be nominated.
The deadline to apply is September 4th.
