All is clear with no injuries reported after a fire at a residence in Listowel.
North Perth Fire crews were called at around 1:40am on Thursday on Main Street West with reports of smoke showing.
Crews arrived with the blaze contained to a single, vacant structure.
The cause of the fire has been undetermined at this time and the property since returned to the owner.
The road was closed throughout the bulk of Thursday morning but reopened just before the afternoon.
