The Avon Maitland District School Board has decided to do away with end
of the year exams.
That’s right.. there will be no finals.
Board officials say the province has made the request of boards to dump them as they could have to move to all virtual learning on little or no notice. That would make teachers unable to oversee students as they write their final exams.
