The Township of Centre Wellington has provided an update regarding an issue affecting paid parking in downtown Elora.
While the system remains offline, the township wants to reassure the public the internal networks have not been compromised and there is no evidence that any personal information, payment details, or financial data have been compromised.
While review continues, the system is offline and all physical parking kiosks have been disabled.
During this time, no parking ticket payments are required, and absolutely no additional late fines or penalties will be incurred while these services remain offline.
