Construction will soon get underway for a new CT Scanner at the Wingham & District Hospital.
Construction at the hospital will start on January 20th which the Listowel Wingham Hospital Alliance says represents a major advancement for the hospital.
In a release the alliance says this cutting edge technology will provide essential diagnostic services closer to home and ensure timely and accurate medical assessments for the community.
The new CT Scanner was made possible with the help of many donations received over the Caring Together campaign.
